looking at the solar panel output vs. motor demand that will likely work. The 200mA rating is likely a full solar index value, i.e. output in direct sunlight with the panel directly at the sun. As soon as the sun isn't at optimal angle or you illuminate the panel with inddor lighting you're going to drop both in voltage and current output. write my essay
